A BAKERY BRAND THATS PROUD OF THE PROCESS

How do you make a bakery brand that invites in chaos?

You let the process do the work for you.

I am not a clean baker, if I want to bake something I get told I'm on my own as my partner cannot deal with the chaos it creates. And yet, despite the messy kitchen and probable 2 loads of washing up of the same items it still tastes pretty dam good. Which became the inspiration for Alba

Alab creates a journey within it's design, taking customers through the mess and over to the results. Bakery's aren't just a place to grab coffee anymore, they're central hubs for catchups, for meetings and all day sits on laptops when the house feels like its closing in.
